Booked a room with relaxing views of the black sea. The location near the beach was wonderful.

Everything was simply good. We had a separate bedroom. The staff was accommodating and incredibly nice and always on disposal. The location was marvellous, just 5 min walk from Bulent Ecevit University.

The rooms are reasonably spacious with great views. They offer central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. The service is superb, includes small parking. The staff are accommodating and amazingly nice, we really enjoyed them.

Even though the hotel had a few minor issues mentioned in the reviews, we had an amazing and relaxing experience at Dedeman. The breathtaking view of the sea from our room was truly incredible. The sunset and sunrise were magical moments that we will always cherish. The roof terrace restaurant also provided an incredible panoramic view. The staff, especially a few members, were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The free parking, good Wi-Fi, and excellent breakfast were also appreciated. Despite some small maintenance issues, we highly recommend this hotel for a nice and calm getaway. we had a fantastic time at Dedeman.

The breakfast was varied and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome with a warm tea and snacks upon arrival.

There were some language barriers with the staff, which made it difficult at times to communicate, especially at the spa where the services offered were not always clear. the mini-bar was not stocked and the room service staff had limited English skills, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

The location advantages are numerous and it's easy to reach the beach, just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The service could be improved because of the the attitude of some staff members. They were not as cooperative as expected.
